Profile description
- Technical degree or experience (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering)
- 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing company, ideally initial leadership experience as Production Manager, Plant Manager, Operations manager or COO
- Proactive thinking: you want to innovate, not just maintain processes
- Leadership skills, sense of responsibility and social strength – you can inspire and motivate people
- Leadership experience across several levels
- Team spirit and entrepreneurial thinking
